In fact, a wide range of reasons from dependency to job-satisfaction and even ones’ income have been discussed as the rationale behind this trend. Although, self-employment may have many positive outcome for an individual, its drawbacks cannot be neglected. In this essay I will discuss both the possible reasons behind choosing this trend and the problems many people would face along their path.

Whereas there is a strong opinion that multicultural societies have some advantages upon monocultural ones and are developed faster, others consider monoculturalism and having a master culture is the only way for keeping and developing a certain cultural heritage. I agree up to the point that in some way a society where one can observe different views on life or events people become more open-minded and therefore, they are not afraid of new discoveries and ways of thinking. On the other hand, the worst drawback of multiculturalism is a tension among different ethnic and religious group, which makes it impossible for the country to be developed.

Tertiary education plays a vital role in shaping efficient human resources for any nation.
