In your view, what should be done to promote equality of opportunity for men and women in the workplace? While it is necessary to train a few selected individuals to compete in major world sporting events, the government should do more to provide young people with plenty of fun activities. There are a myriad of benefits to be gained from funding sports participation at grass-root levels and excellence in performance at elite levels.
