It is usually seen that older people are posted at the directorial or managerial level; related to this, it is thought by some people that youthful people will be better leaders than the elderly ones. While I agree, young generation should be considered for being leaders, if they are equally talented and capable; however, when it comes to critical decision making, age and experience does matter.

Some people believe that teenagers should be required to do unpaid community work in their free time. This can benefit teenagers and the community as well. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

It is considered by many that the young children should involve themselves to the service of the society free of cost in their spare time. It will help in the development of both the students and the community. I completely agree that the selfless help to the community will be better for students as they can gain experience and grow as a better individual.Furthermore, it will help in the growth of entire society as well.

Some people say that in all levels of education, from primary schools to universities, too much time is spent on learning facts and not enough learning practical skills. Do you agree or disagree?

It is the opinion of some that focus of the study in every step of our educational organizations is on mugging up facts rather than acquiring skills that may be of a practical use. However, it is my opinion that though practicality matters in getting a job and hence should be taught, but to learn factual truths and theories related to various subjects are rightly given prominence over anything else.

There are some people consider that working in a team is more efficient to gain a great deal of experience as well as practical skills than an individual work. From my perspective, I think both have their own benefits and drawbacks; however, I still believe that teamwork is way better for many reasons.

Nowadays, with the substantial development of technology, people tend to find another way to broaden their horizon rather than originally read books, they prefer to watch television instead because it is more convenient and approachable. However, I still stand the view that reading can help people become more imaginative and enrich their language skills for many reasons.

It is quite significant to recycle the waste product in an environment friendly manner, yet many countries fail to do the same. There are several reasons why people do not focus on recycling and proper steps should be taken to change such a scenario.
