Without an objective life is like a ship which roams around the ocean but never able to anchor to the coast. I have both personal and professional goals for myself. Personally, I would like to be a happy, healthy and inner peaceful individual. Moreover, professionally, I want to achieve the chief Information technology officer position in a multinational organization.

People are increasingly suffering from problems due to sedentary lifestyle nowadays. This essay will discuss the main causes of this trend including longer work hours and increased job pressure. Meanwhile, it will suggest solutions to this problem which consists more sport activities and small routine changes to improve health.

Many particular species of plants and animals extinction is supposed to be the biggest environmental problem, whereas some people advocate that environment has many problems which are more important than such problem. While I think the extinction of species is of concern, I still belive that there are much more important environmental problems which worth noticing.
