Some people think that employers should ensure a supportive and pleasant work environment where each employee is respected and valued equally while others think employers should focus instead on providing better facilities and equipment . What is your opinion?

Some people argue that, employers should consider that, every employee is being valued and respected with a supportive and friendly environment while the others argue that, it is important to providing the facilities and the equipments. Therefore, I firmly believe that working in a pleasant environment is much more important than anything in this world. Following essay will explain my viewpoints in detail and then I'll reach to a proper conclusion.

It can be denied that the natural habitat has effects on human life directly. However, many people have low awareness about the role of the environment. It is very crucial to understand considerable reasons and to look for solutions to tackle the problem.

Some countries, major budget falls into the import expenses, which can be reduced when they have started to produce or manufacture those products. However, everything cannot be produced in all locations, so that a few things need to be imported. I strongly agree this view, which will help the nation's growth.

Nowadays, environmental pollution is one of the most devastating impacts of human activities on the Earth. There are four types of pollution, namely, air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution and noise pollution. Some people believe that air pollution is the most pressing problem while others are convinced that soil pollution has an implicit threat. This essay will discuss both statements and give some justifications for why I advocate the former.

Sending gifts to someone is a way of showing love and appreciation. Some people oppose that, the best way to depict care for a significant person is through giving material gifts. However, others argued that there are several ways to illustrate your emotions, through respect and to care genuinely.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong. Punishment is important to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? One important stage in a kid's growth is certainly the development of a conscience, which is linked to the ability to tell right from wrong. This skill comes with time and good parenting, and my firm conviction is that beating does not have much of a role to play in this. So I have to disagree almost entirely with the given statement.

It is indeed that the whole world is facing the problem of excessive production of garbage, and it usually stems from the increasing usage of non-recyclable products. In order to resolve this issue, the government should ban plastic products completely and also run campaigns.

Many people argue that children must be educated from home while others believe that it is necessary to send children to school. Both the systems have their own merits like children can study at their own pace at home while, in schools they get a chance to interact with other students and participate in various other activities.

It is felt by some that youngsters ought to be raised in modernized urban settings, while others prefer countryside as it offers a healthier lifestyle. However, in my opinion the facilities and the opportunities that city life has to offer, simply cannot be found in rural settings.

There are many prominent organizations which have been developing the space flights to various destinations. Fortunately, the chance of making space tourism in the future is getting higher as the aerodynamic technologies have improved significantly in recent years. Nonetheless, the drawbacks from activating travelling outside the world for tourists are enormous. I definitely guarantee that space trips would be a negative development for humanity.

In recent years, children tend to have fewer commitments compared to their peers several decades ago. Part of the population is of the opinion that it is a beneficial improvement, whereas there are people who disagree with this and consider this new trend as a complete disadvantage in the society. From my point of view, both of the groups are partially right in their opinion, because childhood should be carefree and from the other side, offsprings have to be prepared for the detrimental life.

It is a well-known fact that walking helps people in burning calories and staying healthy. Despite of this, the number of people who walk daily are reduced significantly. Several factors such as availability of e-commerce applications and distant workplace are responsible for this. The government and individual should take few steps to tackle this issue.

There is a belief that the equal members of female and male students should be accepted by the universities. For example, if for the construction Management program in an engineering college six positions are available, the admission should admit three female candidates and three male candidates. I totally disagree with this practice because of some unfair consequences for many educational applicants.

According to some people one to one teaching are better for learning compared to another set of people's suggestion that organization lessons are superior. In my opinion, I agree with both the statement because each has its own pros and cons. In individual teaching a graduate may get all the special attention and the time is exclusively for a particular undergraduate. However, In college, lessons when students exchange their thought process another student may grasp few things out of it!.
