Experts argue that, the older people are tending to be more lonely and they are now living with the poor health conditions. Furthermore, they argue that, it is an important to spend time with the others so it will be helpful to have them a healthy lifestyle. I strongly agree with this statement and this essay will explain the causes and solutions for this matter.

Whereas many may argue that this age has been decided keeping in mind the health condition of that age, I believe that the time has changed now and the people of age 60 or 65 of recent times are fitter and more able than what the situation was 20 years ago. Hence, according to me, continuation of work needs to become a personal choice and also should entirely depend on the performance.
