Sports play an indispensable role in enhancing people’s physical and mental well-being. Nowadays, sports admirers can opt for a wide range of athletic activities. Some opine that they can benefit more from team sports while others argue in favour of individual sports. This essay will analyze the rationale behind both opinions, and from my perspective, the choice of sports should be based on personal preference.

Some say that the government has to organize and diminish the number of scenes that contain and involve violence in films both on TV and at the cinema, whereas others feel that regulating the movies is a pointless and detrimental phenomenon while there are several ways to overcome that problem instead. Besides, I do mainly prefer to regulate the movies and videos I watch every day from violent scenes, which could maintain my satisfaction with the movie.

This essay would mention the discussion about both opinions and I would give my own perspective.
