It is a prime duty of the government to take care of its citizens. Banning narcotics would be a great initiative by the governing authorities because I feel that this will positively affect people's health and well-being and will increase productivity.

Personally, I go with the latter statement because repeating a single task in daily growth makes it dull and boring, if population don't take any risk, they don't get any achievement as well as in some extent they stop their growth in their soul.

In my opinion, I do not agree with money getting spent only on healthcare. However, both sides of this argument will be discussed in this essay before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
