Whereas, others racked that it would be more convenient to plan with their known ones. This essay tends to explain both the ideology followed by my opinion.

In my opinion, it is imperative that you acknowledge the tenure of an individual, ,however merit-based progress would benefit the company, in the long run, irrespective of their service.

I agree with those who believe that governments should be more attentive to the issues on our planet because of the task of national leaders in the population's well-being, especially when there are unresolved issues such as poverty and global climate change.

However, opponents disagree with the above assertion and think that government should take substantial efforts for the destitute. So their country will fully develop.
