While some people believe that new houses should be built in the same style as the houses already in the area, others argue that local councils should allow people to build a house in their own style. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In every society a proportion favours towards the old-school architecture, when it comes to building shelter, whereas there is a portion which is more interested in adding their own touch to it. In this essay I'll discuss both the points. However, keeping in mind the present situations, I believe that a home is a personal space and hence should be personalised.

In the past, when students did a university degree, they tended to study in their own country. Nowadays, they have more opportunity to study abroad. Every country is investing a substantial amount in investigation and development work nowadays. While many may argue that medical investigation should be prioritized over climate, I disagree. According to me, understanding our climate more can truly be beneficial and can even help in the evolution of the medical field.

One school of thought believes that the child ought to be admitted into an institution at toddler age of life, whilst most of the people want a youngster to enjoy playing at the beginning stage. However I strongly agree with an earlier part that prefers the offspring to proceed towards education, having real time to learn the skills along with social exposure.

It is argued that senior managers or directors should be motivated to finish their retirement when 55-year-old, in order to offer chances to new generation. While I disagree with the idea of making high-age administrator to withdraw, I believe that young management could be beneficial to companies.

According to a group of people, it is essential to keep everything well-organised and categorized properly, whether at work or at home, I strongly agree, with this notion because, by adopting this methodology at workplaces it saves a lot of time and it reduces home accidents.

Important to mention that the social and environmental problems nowadays require more attention, a bigger financial input. I agree that the frequency of missions has to be modified and decreased.

Every country contributes a significant amount of money to maintain world-class education system. However, in recent decades, the number of nations is enhancing university level courses, but they are ignoring the vocational courses. To my mind, it is better to distribute the money equally on both types of courses.
