Money should be spent on creating new buildings such as museums or town halls rather than renovating the existing ones. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Each city has different type of buildings therein some is dilapidated and the government has spent more and more money to renovate them. However, if money spend on building of new establishments and destroying old one, it will be more profitable. Overall, I can partly agree with the topic statement because some old museums and town halls have historic value and replacing on modern buildings destroy integrity picture of history such constructions.

One of the most conspicuous trends in today’s world is television marketing. Some people believe that commercials enable people to buy goods that are not necessary and waste money. On the other hand, others argue that ads introduce latest products to consumers. In my view, I strongly believe that advertisements help people to choose between products and aid in decision making.

Nowadays, an extraordinary number of audience has given immense fame to the cricket. In the subcontinent, this is preferred more than the national sports. Since, there is rarely any country that does not include it. In my opinion, the procedure of the field and earning the money makes it popular.

There is a hypothesis stating that the development of shopping via the online platforms may cause suspension to the local markets in the local community. Nowadays, sugar consumption is increasingly common among the peoples. Sugar contents are essentials of the human body, but it should be in control with some proportion. It is mostly accepted by the peoples as it's a routine diet during their personal lifestyle, but still some portion of people thinking that the Government should take necessary action to avoid it. I am going to discuss both views and provide my opinion in the further paragraphs.
