In recent times, the advancements in technology allow us to stay in contact at all times. This development allows employers to contact their staff whenever needed, including during holidays. This trend has both advantages and disadvantages, however, I believe that the problems surpass the benefits.
Marrying is one of the life goals of so many people around the world. Moreover, having children used to be one next step in fulfilling the idea of a family. However, many married couples today no longer want children. This decision entails both advantages and disadvantages for the couples involved. This essay will explore benefits and drawbacks regarding couples choosing not to have children.
Whilst receiving education at home is becoming popular, people contend that going to school is a better way of getting educated. Two benefits of homeschooling are that the form of education can be highly personalised and, and some adolescents who have disabilities can still receive education. On the contrary, school is advantageous compared to homeschooling not only due to its social aspect but also because it allows students to find their academic strengths by providing many different subjects.
In 2000, the largest share of the government expenditure was for Education which constituted 24% of the total budget. Healthcare was second at 21% and Pensions was at 19%. These three sectors alone accounted for a large proportion of the budget indicating the government’s focus on public services and welfare.
Currently, pupils from many countries get used to studying another language from their younger ages. However, this strategy of the school curriculum does not always have advantageous aspects. Therefore, this essay will also consider drawbacks of the school system such as studying a second language can have side effects on their first language.
There are split opinions regarding the good places that old individuals might live in. Some believe that adult children should share a home with their old people, whereas another group of thinkers do not support this notion. However, both have their pros and cons. Therefore, before commenting on my decision, both views would be discussed.
In general, increasing the young adult population numbers would work in a positive way, while some might argue that it is not a good tendency for some reason. I personally believe that raising the number of young adults is more beneficial because the younger generation usually creates a new era and contributes to the development of the countries.
Currently, statistics show there are a few countries with more adolescent populations than elders. Meanwhile, There are several disadvantages to young populations, but I think the advantages are greater than the disadvantages.
In many parts of the world, newly constructed houses and business centres are built with no supervision, leading to chaotic designs of different buildings. In my opinion, this phenomenon has numerous negative impacts on cities.
In the contemporary world, the pressing need for oil and other nonrenewable resources has driven exploration into pristine areas. While some potential advantages exist, the drawbacks of fossil fuel drilling, as they precipitate environmental degradation and impact indigenous communities, can significantly outweigh their merits.

Some argue that continuing to work, and therefore not being a financial burden on family members or society, is good , while others believe it would be better for the elderly to enjoy their golden years and make way for younger workers. In my opinion, there are more advantages than disadvantages to working into old age.
