In some cultures, children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough. What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message?

In many countries, it is common to encourage children that they can be successful in anything if they work hard enough to reach it. The basic advantage of kid's work is that will be beneficial in the future why? Because they learn earlier. On the other hand, there are also disadvantages, which they feel under pressure, as well as a collapse at the beginning of life. In my opinion, this advantage overcome the flow. Firstly, the main benefit of trying to advise children to try hard work, is rather comfortable at this age, because when we put this strategy in their heads, automatically, they have not been tired in the business world. For example, I was playing when I was in high school. After a while when I graduated, I faced a lot of trouble because I did not know how I could work seriously and efficiently. It is undeniably true that people rely more on computer technology to solve every task such as shopping, expanding and promoting a business, tracking and detecting the location of the suspect or booking a ticket for flight. I believe this is a positive development since it makes everything become more simple and effective.

In the age of globalization,every part of our society have some form of influence from foreign culture. Education has also been more globalized now than it was back then. Other employers see no benefit in doing so. Consider the arguments from both aspects of this possible debate, and reach a conclusion.

Employers are always seeking ways to enhance their employees’ productivity, and subsidising healthy pursuits may be one way of achieving this. There are arguments on both sides, however, which we will discuss here. On the one hand, it might be said that if workers are fitter and less stressed, their working time will be more efficient, leading to higher levels of output and service. Furthermore, the work/life balance of the staff will hopefully be improved, because their leisure time will be more fulfilling. This may even be more motivating than pay increments, perks, or financial rewards such as bonuses or incentives which may be hard to attain. Finally, feeling healthier may lead to better job satisfaction which is in itself a motivating factor. Conversely, the problem with such leisure-based subsidies is that their efficacy is virtually impossible to quantify.
