In recent times, society tends to choose self-employed because it is considered to bring more advantages. While there are various reasons, working for oneself has its benefits and downsides. This essay will elaborate on the reason why communities are starting to work individually rather than working in an office, concretely with the positive and the negative sides.

Lately, a lot of educational institutions worldwide have replaced physical books with electronic devices such as tablets and laptops. Just like how there are two sides to a coin, this development is also two-sided. The benefits of using electronic devices are that everything is digitalized and hence documents can be easily organized and tracked, while the disadvantages include getting distracted easily and the health issues that come hand-in-hand with using gadgets for longer periods of time.

In my opinion, I partially agree that the increase in youth can create conditions to augment the labour force relative to dependents, aiding rapid economic development, however, it is also high pressure on the current education system and the future social security retirement system. In my view, studying abroad will provide more benefits to students.
