It is argued by some that very important things in human life are cannot be purchased with money. This essay strongly agrees with this statement because natural resources and cultural ethics are the most precious things in life without which we cannot survive and grow.

Internet Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have significantly affected the livelihood of people. The language barrier is one of the biggest social, practical challenges for people who decided to live in a foreign country or abroad. As a result, people without cars have limited access to out-of-town stores, and it may result in an increase in the use of cars. Do you think the disadvantages outweigh its advantages?

Over the past few years, the focus of urban planning has been how to address overpopulation. To this end, one of the measures is to relocate businesses in urban areas, which has resulted in bigger stores in the outskirts replacing smaller ones clustered in city centers. This move, however, raises two concerns, namely the closure of small stores in urban centers and a potential increase in car use as more people need access to suburban shopping. While these concerns are valid, I believe the advantages of having shops away from town centers far outweigh the disadvantages.

In the modern era, development leads to adverse effect on the environment such as ozone layer depletion, pollution, radiation etc. A camp of society thinks that the people should feel the responsibility to take care of the environment, whereas other segments of person believes that government should take measures. This essay shall delve in both the perspectives.

It is an indisputable the fact that since the first car manufactured, it has increased significantly on many streets. In my opinion, it should not have an enormous impact on our lives, and the authorities ought to regulate this phenomenon and encourage other methods of transportation.

With the substantial development of online shopping, purchasing, international commodities are easier in the modern life. However, negative sides are the inevitable. The international trade is making several pressing issues for authorities who want to protect their domestic economy. This essay will discuss the positive and negative impacts of multinational commerce by an insightful and comprehensive theoretical points and functional examples.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

New house building is required in many nations, but the land to construct them is available in the villages only.Some people could say that it´s better to protect this rural field to stop the environmental damage, and that there are other ways to provide new homes.Personally, I totally agree with protecting the rural space and think there are tons of possibilities to supply this new housing necessity.

Research has shown that overeating is as harmful as smoking. Therefore, the advertising of certain food products should be banned in the same way as the advertising of cigarettes in some countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is irrefutable that overeating causing many health problems as smoking cigarettes. Therefore, many people view that food advertisements should be forbidden like tobacco advertisements. From my perspective, I completely disagree with this viewpoint.
