Nowadays, more and more foreign students are going to English-Speaking countries to learn the “international language – English". It is undoubtedly true that studying English in an English-speaking country is the best way, but it is not the only way to learn it. Do you agree or disagree with the above statement.

In this modern era, maximum students prefer to study English language in countries, who is known for native speaking countries. Studying in this environment is always a better option, however it is not a single option to get educated. I believe there are other avenues are available. In this essay I will elaborate various avenues rather than traditional one.

Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that many cities around the world are now "one big traffic jam". How true do you think this statement is? What measures can government take to discourage people from using their cars?

During the past three decades, there has been a rapid increase in car ownership and the traffic jams have spiked in a lot of cities globally, thus leading to “one big traffic jam”.

Establishing good relationships in the workplace is not important, as the primary goal of every person is to focus on work. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

It is generally argued that having a strong relationship bond amongst colleagues at the place of work is not as much necessary as the major objectives of people to be attentive to. But as far as I am concerned, I don’t agree with this statement and in this essay, we will discuss it in detail.

For some people learning in a group is the most effective way, while others prefer one-on-one instruction. Discuss both views. What is your opinion?

There are different opinions about the ways of learning. Some people, including me, think that group learning is the most efficient approach since it can create creativity and bring happiness to learners, while others believe that one-on-one learning is a better way.

Individuals always wants to know what's happening around the world while they can get this information easily by watching various news channels. Nowadays, for increasing popularity of news programs organiser use pictures. Because of offensive content in news stories, complaints are increasing rapidly. In this essay I will explain the effectiveness of photos on TV and newspapers is good or bad.

Some people believe that visitors to other countries should follow local customs and behaviour. Others disagree and think that host country should welcome culture difference. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

The globalization has certainly changed the globe in a small village. Some people perceive that the guest must follow the tradition of the nation to which they transient. However, others think that the local people must give respect to the ethics of the foreigner. The essay will discuss my stance with arguments in below paragraphs.

It has been argued that the best choice is to be loyal and speak truth all the time, while others feel that telling a lie is necessary on certain occasions. Although altering the truth can help to avoid some feuds sometime, in my opinion, loyalty is a major key to a healthy relationship.

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning the local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out. In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how ?

In modern life, English is regarded as one of the most powerful tools aiding people in terms of communication and many other fields. Therefore, it is comprehensible for the currently prioritised place of English over other local dialects at schools. Personally, I strongly believe that learning English is a crucial aspect of everyone’s life, however, preserving local languages is also worth our attention and efforts.

There exists a controversy whether the chief environmental issue that humans are currently facing is the degradation of biodiversity, specifically some types of flora and fauna. Some people, however, assert that there are a number of other environment-related problems that are in great need of consideration. This essay would discuss two viewpoints and I am personally in all agreement with the latter statement as more convincing and rational for some reasons illustrated as follows.

Music has long been known to be an indispensable aspect of human life and a powerful tool that is capable of facilitating our lives and, according to some people, a preferred method to connect people with people, from all over the world regardless of their cultures and ages. I am personally in agreement with these people’s notions, as for some reasons illustrated as follows.

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There is spilt opinion regard, people doing the same thing in their heart or it is necessary to change their lives. Some believe that individuals should be denied from doing new things and must be stuck in a regular routine. Whereas, another group of thinkers support people need to alter their activity because it is good. However, both the views have own pros and cons. Therefore, before commenting on my decision making, both the viewpoint would be discussed.

Some people believe that all children should learn a foreign language from the time they start school, while others feel it is better to wait until a child is at secondary school. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

During the last several decades, the ability to speak a second language has become quite useful and required in most international companies. However, while some feel that students should learn new languages at secondary school, I agree with those who believe that the second language acquisition should be started immediately.

In our modern society, it is argued by many that more problems are resulting from the advances made in our current technology than the benefits. I completely disagree with this statement, in my opinion, the progress that we have made in the various technological sectors, is greatly benefiting our society. In this essay, I shall critically examine the given topic and outline relevant examples to support my view.

Learning about different cultures of the world, is the trend today. In the viewpoint of some people, visiting different nations is inevitable to learn about those places, while others are of diverse opinion. In my opinion, it is not essential to travel various countries as an individual can obtain knowledge about them through books and the internet. This essay will analyse both views and provide a logical conclusion.

During childhood, we were always taught to go against falsehood and that “honesty is the best policy”. Obviously, it is quite reasonable as being truthful is essential when it comes to building a trust between one and another. However, sometimes we might end up deciding to deceive someone rather than telling the truth after considering that it is conformable to that situation. From my perspective, I firmly agree that in some circumstances, telling lies is a wiser choice and justifications are as follows.

It is generally accepted that exercise is good for children and teenagers. Therefore, physical education and sport should be compulsory for all students in all schools. What do you think? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, physical activities have become enormously popular, especially for children and teenagers. Therefore, some people contended that sports activities should be mandatory in schools. As per my belief, it is an excellent idea to make these activities compulsory in school premises for students. However, up to a certain extent I believe that children should focus on their academics and extracurricular activities as well apart from sports.

It is argued that in this period, it is not worth using the animals for our needs. While others claim that they can still be useful to our society. This essay will argue why animals are not useful anymore in our community.

Whilst the vast majority of people are of the view that animals should be treated in the same way as humans are.Others believe that humans also have needs to be met so they exploit animals as a source of nutrition and for scientific experiments.In my opinion, I totally agree with using animals to fulfil humanitarian needs.

Nowadays the high rates of the expanded customer purchases are affected by the force of promoting and unreal desires of the community where they are traded. I completely agree that not all goods which are sold in our society are our real needs and this essay will present the reasons and a logical conclusion.

Some people think that drug addicts should be treated like criminals and sent to jail, while others believe that they should be treated like patients and sent hospital. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It is argued by many people that perceiving like criminals and putting into prison should be the ways to treat pill addicts, those who disagree point out that hospitalizing and caring them as patients should be a choice. In my perspective, I believe punishing them as prisoner and providing regular rehabilitation will be combination of treatment to improve the drug addicts’ condition.
