In recent years, people get concerned with the salary that they get from their work. Although the majority of people think that get a huge amount of salary is more essential rather than the satisfaction at work, but I strongly disagree about that statement.

It is widely believed that incarceration is the best means of reducing the crime rate, whereas some people think that other measures could be done to punish the offenders. Information sharing has always been imperative to mankind. I agree with this notion to some extent as it has both positive and negative consequences.

It is believed that small companies should not hire females who do not have marrying yet because they would have to pay for pregnancy leave in the future. In my view, I totally disagree with this statement even though there are some clear drawbacks of hiring unmarried female workers.

There has been a drastic surge in the number of criminal activities around the world in the past few years. Economic experts had suggested that the spike in this is particularly due to stagnant social status and poverty. Hence, books related to criminal activities and TV shows associated in picturing unlawful activities are gaining momentum.

It is obvious that smoking is dangerous to health. The majority of entities apply policies and restriction on smoking in the work places. In fact, a number of counties also banned it in the all common public places. While some person is apparently in the opinion that they have been loosing the freedom, However, I am totally in favour of the decision and highly respect of it.

Some would argue that the higher officials should take all the decisions in an organization, while others would say that workers in that firm should also be included while making any decisions. Although people who are in high positions in a company are more experienced to take decisions, I believe that it is better to include other employees as they are a part of the company.

There is a tendency to believe that repairing ancient estates demands loads of money, which is not worth it considering constructing new ones costs almost the same and therefore it is better to do so. This essay agrees with that suggestion as aged buildings will most likely be broken every once in a while hence being a waste of fund to keep fixing it when such amount of cash can be used instead for setting up new facilities.

It has been seen that it is a tough call when it comes to select a place for living, especially when buying one. The majority of the nations have suggested that their local people prefer to buy their own property for living instead of renting one, and it has become a trend now. This essay will discuss why this trend has become popular nowadays. I contend, although it is expensive to purchase an own house, still I would say we should welcome this trend.
