Firstly, technology can significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. For example, online platforms allow citizens to access information and services quickly without the need to visit government offices, saving time and resources. Secondly, technology can improve transparency and accountability in government operations, as digital systems can provide clear records and make it easier to track and manage public funds. Lastly, the use of technology can help governments better respond to emergencies and public health issues, such as through contact tracing apps or online health services.
