It is irrefutable that media has the greatest impact over the lives of people at present. Media can control lives either in positive or negative ways. Although some people might believe that media is always influencing lives negatively, I would like to go on the opposite side. I believe that media has the power and objective to positively shape the societal believes and cultures.

There are split opinions regarding the achievements and work. It is said that these days, several individuals spend a sizeable amount of their spare time on their smartphones. I think that a lack of public awareness and having a hectic schedule are the main reasons for the present situation. Moreover, in my opinion, the negative effects of this behaviour can override its positives.

Many employees can now do their work from home using modern technology. However, this change may only benefit the workers, not the employers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

With modern sophisticated technology, instead of travelling to work, a greater number of workers are working from home, connecting their computers or other devices to the internet. As such, working traditions have changed with a new trend nowadays, while others believe that it only satisfies the employee rather than the employer. In my opinion, although both views have merit, I strongly agree that working remotely does not only satisfy personnel but also the management.

Maths is an important subject and is taught to everyone from their schools to make life easier. There is an ongoing argument over whether the knowledge of mathematics is crucial for many employments in recent days. However, I think being good at math is necessary regardless of the job because it helps us deal with many day-to-day tasks both personally and professionally. This essay disagrees with the statement and will explain the reasons for it.
