Some argue that companies that are not using renewable energy should pay more taxes than their counterpart. This essay completely agrees with this statement because this can encourage them to transition into using alternative energy and the revenue from these taxes can be used in dealing with issues in the environment.

Nowadays, many buildings such as offices and schools have open-space designs. Do you think this is a positive on negative development?

In the modern era nowadays, we can see that more and more buildings such as offices and schools use open-space design layouts rather than conventional layouts. This phenomenon is generally influenced by new working and learning styles which are creative working and learning environments. I personally believe that this is a positive phenomenon to have more and more open-space designs because of two main factors below.

Crime has become one of the most important issues in the community nowadays. while some people think that the best way to solve this problem is to put criminals in jail, others believe that providing education and job training programs for them is more effective. in my opinion, I completely agree with this view.

As the human rights issue has arisen in the last century, people are arguing about the freedom to choose their way of life. This includes the amount of noise they sound. Some people say this should be controlled, while others argue this. For some reason, I stand with the idea of giving some limitations to performing a loud noise.

In order to save time on transport to work, some people harbour a belief that parks and gardens that are close to the city centres should be replaced by apartment buildings whilst others hold the reverse viewpoint. From my perspective, I am inclined to stand neutrally with both opinions as it is a good way to reduce time on travelling to work but the importance of parks and gardens also cannot be ignored.

It is true that human activities have led to damage to some animal species. Some people harbour a belief that there is nothing people can do to alleviate the situation whilst others hold the reverse viewpoint that effective measures should be taken to save them. From my perspective, I am inclined to stand with the latter opinion as mankind should primarily take responsibility to prevent the situation from getting worse.

It is common to see celebrities serve as ambassadors of International aid organizations. Some people harbour a belief that their support will draw public attention to problems, whilst others hold the reverse viewpoint that famous people will weaken the importance of the problem.From my perspective,I am inclined to stand with the proponents of famous people's powerful influences.

These days, an increasing number of people are attempting to use different ways of conventional treatment and medicines rather than see a doctor. From my perspective, this is a negative development which can lead to potentially harmful situations and also problems later on our life.

Still, some individuals are wondering whether it is better to reside in one of the skyscrapers' flats or if it would be acceptable if they dwell or detached houses. Although both of these two options have their own pros and cons, I personally prefer houses, providing the chance to live on your own for their habitats.

Technology is growing every day, making people's lives easier. In a few years, all the vehicles will be evolved with technology that will not require any driver at all. In my opinion, the pros of driverless vehicles outweigh the cons. This essay will illustrate the statement that why this improvement is necessary.

The majority of people believe that brutality in social television can be one of the various reasons for the upturn in criminal youngsters. Some argue that drivers should not be allowed to drive if proven that they have consumed liquor or illegal drugs while driving, whether an accident occurred or not. This essay completely agrees with this statement because it can help decrease the number of vehicular accidents and the number of alcoholics and drug addicts.

In contemporary society, the advancement in the economy results in improving the standard of living in most countries worldwide, while, eventually, people lose several types of social value. Although economic development is necessary to enrich individual lifestyles, I strongly believe that there is a significant risk in this excessive advancement in various industries.

These days, people are reconsidering the value of web-based education. There are many people who think that web content should not be used to instruct children in recent years, while some people with a more positive view of educational web content strongly disagree with that idea, saying that using web content as education should be used. Personally, I think that we should use that web content to teach children.

There is split opinions regarding the household tasks' equality. Some people believe that as women and men work for a living they should share their households as well, whereas, another group of thinkers support women should look after cleaning and children. I agree with the statement and my inclination will be discussed in the following paragraphs.

There is a huge controversy between people especially sociologists about the immigration of people with high-demand jobs from their primary country. Some people believe that every individual after graduation should stay in his or her country in order to serve society. This opinion is more acceptable to me. However, others state that we should let every person decide for his or her life. In this essay, I will describe the main reasons for both of these views.
