The social questions raised by whether teenagers should be punished the same as adults when they commit severe crimes are subject to much debate. As far as their mental conditions and social stability, are concerned, I personally consider that this is not a beneficial choice, although juvenile delinquencies do harm their victims as much as adult offenders who commit the same crime.

Some people argue that people's happiness is affected by some factors that they cannot control, while others say that whether people will become happy or not depends on themselves.
