Young adults working part-time along with their studies is very prevalent nowadays in some countries. While some governments regard it as a positive development and promote it, others oppose and suggest that children in their teens should focus on education alone. In this essay, I will shed light on both views and elaborate why I feel that giving opportunities to adolescents to work for a few hours a week can be beneficial for their future and this is a positive phenomenon.

It is asserted by some individuals that adopting to the poor situation like an inappropriate job or difficult financial situations is of great importance. However, trying to improve such kind of condition is a key factor that appears to have a number of proponents. Both sides present logical arguments that will be elucidated, followed by my own take on the matter.

It is argued that corporations should be compelled to give a certain proportion of their executive-level roles to females, given that over half of the workforce are women. In my opinion, I agree with that statement because women are capable of doing a job to the same level as a man, and girls are currently outperforming boys in many university courses.
