Every employee is attracted to a lucrative salary package. Many occupations are well-paid compared to others. Whether a higher-paying salary is a substantial decision is always debatable. I believe there should be effective regulations and policies for pay distribution to promote equality.

In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of individuals discussing the importance of retaining trained professionals within their home countries. Some argue that requiring experts, such as doctors and engineers, to work where they trained is necessary, citing reasons such as national investment in education and the need for local expertise. Others assert that personal freedom and global mobility are more essential. From my perspective, while retaining skilled workers offers considerable advantages, it also presents challenges that must be carefully considered.

Nowadays, transportation plays a crucial role in countries' development. While, some individuals prefer to use their private cars, others enjoy commuting by public transportation. It is believed that excessive usage of private cars is responsible for increasing significant problems. In my opinion, public transportation has some advantages and drawbacks.

Nowadays, there is an increasing reliance on digital technology, and this is particularly true when it comes to communication, medical practices, and transportation operations. However, some sceptics might say that we are so dependent on technology that it could cause catastrophic situations. I partially agree with this opinion and will explain my thoughts in this essay.

Nowadays, money is the main cause of happiness,and it has a significant impact on our lives. In other words, It is rolling everything. Nevertheless, there is a distinct in salaries between individuals. A wide range of them are obtaining an extraordinary income, while others are obtaining an ordinary income. Therefore, a diverse range of people are assuming that this can have a beneficial effect on a country, and others are convinced that the government should play a critical role in this argument and impose some limits. In this essay, I will elaborate on both views.

It is commonly believed that the loss of specific species of plants and animals plays a fundamental role in most environmental issues. Others think that there are other main pressing concerns. In my opinion, losing some animal and plant species can have an influence on the environment, but there are other dramatic issues such as air and noise pollution.

Nowadays, part of people tend to think that spending time cooking and eating dishes at home with family is more satisfying than visiting a cafe or local cuisine restaurant to spend money here. I totally agree that is a significant option for people because they may save money and increase their knowledge of how to cook any dishes by themselves.

Many countries have compulsory military service for young men after they leave school. It would be a good idea for all countries to adopt this system for men, and possibly for women too. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Mandatory military service for men after finishing high school is very common in many countries. some people think it is a great idea and it should be implemented in all countries and it can be applied to women as well. In my opinion, I agree with informing this system as it can build an excellent sense of discipline and improve all countries' citizens military status however I strongly disagree with recruiting females in the army.

In the contemporary era, many countries have shown that their societies and landscapes have become similar due to people opting for the same products in their lives. From my perspective, this phenomenon leads to adverse impacts and affects the development of countries.

It is generally true and believed that youngsters should do community work without requiring any amount because it gives benefits to both youth and society. I completely agree with this notion as it helps to develop the personality of young children and strengthen the bond of society.

There are several countries that completely or partly depend on tourists for their economic and financial growth. However, exceeding the number of tourists and poorly managed culture may raise some critical issues in the countries. I believe that tourism does have some significant advantages as an income source for the modern world that helps to boost the economy and a way to promote local culture, which outweighs its drawbacks.

These days, the crime rate has surged gradually and continues to do so. Many believe that poverty and other social issues are responsible for criminal activities. Whereas, other people opine that a bad community needs to be blamed for the crime. Both viewpoints will be discussed in the following paragraphs, however, I am in solidarity with the former View.
