It has been argued that gift giving should not be encouraged, because money is often wasted on things that people do not like or want. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Some people believe that the act of giving a gift is a waste of money since the sender often buy those presents that are not of the receiver’s preference. I completely disagree with this statement in the belief that the benefits of present offering far outweigh its drawbacks.

Nowadays, many volunteering activities spread over the internet, searching for participants. This activity has a lot of benefits for the participants and of course, the neighbourhood. It might be the reason why some people think that is mandatory for adolescents to take part in volunteering activity. In my view, I agree with that statement. From some time, travelling to space has been possible and it is believed by some individuals that such tours could be developed in the future. I feel it is a negative development as these travels involve an extensive investment of money which can certainly be used prudently in required areas, moreover, there is a lot of experimentation involved in this tourism and hence it is full of dangers.

In my opinion, I personally consider the opponents' view is true because there may not only have adequate space but maintaining can be difficult as well.

There is no doubt that some area requires more investment than other sectors. Although it is normal to see governments spend on art galleries, music institutions and theatres, in my opinion,basic infrastructures are required to be developed. This is because this would improve the standard of living and quality of life.
