There is an opinion that primary staff members who have decided many years of working for a particular company should be given executive positions in a company. I disagree with this viewpoint as much as younger workers may have more skills and if not provided with an opportunity for promotion, they will become demotivated.

Alternative forms of medicine are gradually gaining popularity. Many believe that these types of treatments are not only useless, but also hazardous to the patients. Although there are strong arguments on both sides, I strongly believe that these other types of therapeutic options have questionable safety and efficacy.
