I personally agree with that statement. the government should manage things in the country, equally, and make sure that every parts of the country developed enough for citizen's life. Due to the fact that in my country, Thailand, doesn't have that much facilities especially in the countryside. Like my home town SaKeao which is one of the small province that have only few hospitals, and even a big hospital in one of the big district doesn't have enough tools that they neet to send patient to the main city of the province. That is why I think government shoud focus on public sevices first.

To begin with, building roads is a complicated process that requires intensive infrastructure development. This is mainly because road construction is a long-term process that involves intensive labour, expansion of roads, and disrupts public life. Therefore, such development causes traffic problems, and inconvenience to public. However, investing funds to increase the number of buses, and trains will not impact public lives. Furthermore, reliable and efficient public transport reduces the problem of congestion in city regions. For instance, in India, the local government has invested funds on public transport system, which has lead to a reduction of traffic by 30% in urban regions.

The study leaves some clear limits. In adult islets, almost all proinsulin is turned into insulin, about “97%”, but these hES-derived cells don’t reach that. C-peptide release still responds to simple drug and nutrients cues. Glucose does very little, and in their words the insulin positive cells “may resemble immature fetal β-cells” rather than mature β-cells. In these cells, NKX6-1 and PDX1 are not maintained, and the usual MAF-family switch is missing, so they don’t match mature β-cells. Only about “7-12%” of cells are insulin positive, and the share may drop when the endoderm step is weak, and it differs between hES lines. One line in the discussion calls the differentiation “inducive or selective”. For now, how these β-cells develop is still not clear.
