A category of people's view point about government's budget for art is not helpful for the people however it could be spent for crucial projects for the people. It is also possible to say , as mobiles are becoming smarter , people can share their special memories through social networks. For instance, nowadays people can share their personal messages, photos, documents on Facebook and WhatsApp easily by using smartphones.
