From my perspective, there are some considerable benefits if children are taught to co-operate.First of all, co-operate teaches children to become more kind, helpful and devoted towards others. It will create a situation of mutual benefit to achieve maximum advantage if we teach them to help others and work together.Secondly, one of the important qualifications that employers expect from their applicants is team-work skill. And it is common knowledge that people who learn how to collaborate since childhood are likely to have the capability of getting on well with other members in the team.In conclusion, it cannot be denied that competition is a part of our life for development. However, it needs to be encouraged and controlled to follow the fair direction. Additionally, co-operation is immensely necessary for children to become useful adults.
