In cities, space for housing should be created by knocking down historic buildings. What is your opinion?

As cities are becoming increasingly crowded, many people suggest government demolish historical buildings in downtown in order to make space for residential construction. In my opinion, this is rather an insensitive and irresponsible proposal because it ignores the precious values lied within these buildings.

Some expert think that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Some specialist thinks that it is the right time to start learning a foreign language in primary school. Therefore, this policy has been adopted by some school’s authorities with both positive and negative outcomes. Generally, learning a foreign language at primary school is better than in secondary school because the children’s brain have a greater capacity to adopt different subjects at this early age. Furthermore, they can capture all the learning steps easily which would be difficult for teenagers. Another reason is that children have fewer courses to read at this level, that is why educationalist focus on foreign language learning in this stage. For instance, Japans’ schools, design their course curriculum with the English Language for class one to five students. One set of the population agrees that the education system of all levels gives preference to theoretical knowledge instead of practical skills. I completely agree with this statement. Due to very less revision in curriculum and to be always on the top of the game, the only theory is targeted at schools and colleges.

Media is as powerful as it can make any individual reach on top of the world in a minute, on the otherhand if they decide to pull a somebody from its top level and throw on the road, it can happen. I will not say media is honest or wrong but I would like to express my views on Media and how they treat the famous people, capture their privacy and try to interfere in their life. Some days back there was an incident I read in the newspaper that a group of newspaper Journalists tried to meet our Local leader Mr Rama Naidu in Pottichelli where he was actually going for his personal vacation with his family, still he welcomed journalist, arranged a dinner for them, gave them the VIP service and at one point of discussion, these journalists lost their control and they attacked on our Leader. Last year, the development rights of a piece of industrial land was obtained by my family, I was involved in the whole planning process. We are living in the technology world at present. We use many gadgets like Smart Phones, Computer, Laptop, Ipad and many more in our day to day life. Using such devices is equally important as we have made them be our part of work and they are easily available to our children at home as we are using them. In my opinion, it has a positive and negative both impact on our children. Our current situation due to Covid 19, learning online has been a necessity of the society , where sending our kids physically to the school is highly risky and therefore, the school board has taken a decision for online studies for all the students. In this case, they need to do all the activities at home. To illustrate, they need to open spreadsheets, type in the word, draw, take out the information through google, make PPT's etc where I found students are very much interested in handling the computer or laptop and learning new things every day. [Career development is a continuous process of handling proactively work and changes in life in order to move forward and reach the goals set for a better future. No success story is without some level of challenge and hard work.
