Education has become one of the most significant matters which all the countries seek to develop continuously.Nowadays,most of the students endeavor to study abroad at foreign colleges and universities as well.Although learning in foreign educational establishments has many advantages,it also contains disadvantages.I wholeheartedly believe that the studying abroad has positive aspects more than negative aspects.

It is fact that art is indispensable part of any nation to signifying their culture and identification. In britain when someone gets old they often go to live in a home where there are nurses to look after them.who do you think should pay for this care the government or the family?

In the UK there are homes for the elders where old individuals are able to spend there terminal part of the life with a same group of elderly crowd who are taken care by the nursing staff of the place.The conflicting views exist regarding the paying authority which should be in the hands of either family or government.My personal perspective is that family members must be responsible for the payment of this service because the state can not hold the economic burden of the whole elderly population and it is a moral obligation of children to look after their old parents.
