Some people feel that the design of newly constructed buildings in big cities should be controlled by government. others believe those who financed the construction of a building should be free to design it as they fit. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In major cities, there are a plethora of building structures with the skyscrappers being the most common. It then begs the question of who should determine what a building should look like. Some have said it is the government's responsibility while others say its should be the owners. In my view, i agree with the former view.

Well developed nations are supposed to help lesser nations with charity in situations of disasters that are related to nature. This essay agrees with the statement because the act of helping others proves these countries humane and doing this will not affect their economy negatively.

In recent years, with the advancement in education,there has been an increased need for teachers.While some individuals believe that people can enroll in some seminars on how to lecture,others think that a good tutor does not need to study how to become one.In my opinion, I think that for someone to be proficient in educating others,they have to be taught how to do so.

In some countries like Britain, when the some people get older they move to a home to live with people of the similar. In certain circumstances the government pays for this care, while in other situations the family bears the cost for this facility. I'm of opinion the cost bearer for this facility is highly co-related to the development status of the county.

Due to urbanisation, people have started following unhealthy lifestyle which is creating tremendous health ailments in them. Some are of the opinion that key to solve this muddle is to include more physical activities in education system. I completely accord with this notion as it will be beneficial to tackle this arising issue.

Describe when someone gave you something you really wanted.

I am not used to getting presents as such. I am quite a big gamer to be honest and my Xbox was running on borrowed days. It would leave me fuming at times as it’ll hang in the middle of the game and at times, I am not even able to save the session before it turns off. I broke my Xbox and got bored of the Microsoft platform so I was looking to get the latest version of PS4. I did save some money and was looking for the best possible deals to get a new gaming device but budget constraints and student life made it quite difficult to own such a high end gadget.

Youngsters below the age of 18 are seen as minors, thus many people think that it is better not to charge them whenever they visit such places like, museums and historic sites. In my opinion, offering all children free entrance would be problematic, and therefore should be offered to certain minors.

Many people have brought up debates on whose duty is it to revamp the surrounding they live in. while, others considered it to be the responsibility of executives, some are of the opinion that private individuals have no power to enhance their surroundings. There has been an unending debate in the society as to who is responsible for proper maintenance of our environment. Some hold the view that onus is on individuals to ensure a clean environment while others believed the state should oversee this. I believe keeping our surrounding clean is the responsibility of both government and the people.

In most countries, especially the developing and underdeveloped ones, the rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer thus, increasing the gap between them. Although there are so many problems associated with this, there are also ways to solve them.
