Nowadays,lots of developed countries around the world spend millions of dollar on health awareness programs to ensure that the local citizen is well aware of the causes and issues regarding the most common diseases. The curriculum is arranged in the form of activities and prizes which excite the participants.It is argued that out of a country's health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and preventive measures.

However, an argument holds that it is almost ineffective to mandate physical education in schools . , compared with other approaches, I firmly believe that this very lesson should be done as it brings advantages indeed.

During the second wave of the coronavirus, I faced a significant personal and academic challenge when I and my entire family contracted the virus. While my parents battled severe symptoms like high recurring fevers, I was spared from the worst of the virus, experiencing only mild symptoms. So, I had to shoulder the responsibility of managing household duties while taking care of my parents. This disrupted my academic routine, causing me to miss many online classes and shifting my focus from my studies.
