It is often argued that when building a new house, people should design it the same as other old houses in neighbourhood, while other people believe that people should be allowed to design their own house according to their wishes. Both sides of this argument are agreed and disagreed by many. This essay will thoroughly analyse and discuss both views before drawing a reasoned opinion.

With the advancement of technology, nowadays people can learn through distance-learning programs that don't require physical meeting. Some people argue that courses taken by attending in person are better than distance-learning programs. In my opinion, I strongly agree since there are many positive reasons to study physically on campus.

People have different opinions regarding the effects of fast food consumption in modern society. It is widely acknowledged that the convenience and speed of takeout come at a significant cost to people’s health, particularly when it comes to issues like obesity due to the overconsumption of unhealthy food. I fully support the idea that gouvernements should introduce higher taxes on junk food.

It is common in these days to witness the growing trend of buying new products instead of repairing the current items, making the society have become a throw-away one. In my perspective, there are numerous reasons to explain this phenomenon and many solutions to reverse this trend.
