It is well-known fact that a healthy hobby can improve the quality of life. Many hold the view that activities like reading books or solving puzzles stimulate the brain and improve our mental capabilities, whereas others argue that the sense of leisure activity is relaxing the mind and spirit by chilling. This essay will shed light on both sides while I am in favour of the idea to be more engaged in a time of pursuits.

For this, some argue that it's just the manager responsibility to make the decision, while others believe that decision should be taken with the approval of all the employees of the company. In the essay, I will examine both sides and explain why I consider the decision taken by the approval of all employees is better than just by the manager.

While living alone make people more responsible, I believe that there should be no obligation to leave their parents’ home as this will give people time to build their career.
