Some people think that it is necessary to travel abroad to learn about other countries, while other people think that it is not necessary to travel abroad because all the information can be seen on TV and the Internet. Discuss both views and give your opinion.?

Considering the ongoing diversification in our society, people are now more interested to broaden their prospects about cultures of different nations. There are two contrasting views with regard to accessing other cultures. The first one is people need to visit other countries to know other countries vividly whereas the other one is to access the information about other cultures through the medium of Internet and TV. I will examine these two contrasting views and add my comment on them.

Some people say that advertising is extremely successful at persuading us to buy things. Other people think that advertising is so common that we no longer pay attention to it. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It is undeniable that companies have become more successful in recent years through the power of advertising. Hence, many proponents believe that only commercials can drive customers to purchase products or services, whereas others opine that the marketing tool has lost it's appetite in the market. In this essay, both sides will be explained with pertinent examples and I tend to agree with the latter statement.

It is indeed true that the media provide a lot of information about recent events. Although the news is essential to know the current happening around us, not all data are authenticated. A journalist requires some qualities like being neutral and brave.

Due to some of the laws made in the past to reduce child bearing in some countries, many nations of the world at the moment, have a larger youth population than older persons. I believe that the first scenario has more merits than the later.

Even though doctors advise old people to get more exercise, many old people do not get enough. What are the reasons for this? What are some possible solutions for this?

There is no country in this world which is untouched by the phenomenon of doing regular exercise. Some older adults hesitate to do physical activities because of fear and lack of interest. I firmly believe that both the government and family members can tackle this issue in many ways.

These days, education is a crucial factor for progress of a country and a nation. Some people think that tertiary education is essential to get good earning while some the other believe that university education has more profound effects on society and individuals. This essay will explain both aspects of this issue.

With the serious environmental degradation in many countries, a number of people subscribe to view that only international cooperation is the essential way to protect the environment. I partly agree with this assertion; while it may be true that single effort seems to be more effective.

Many countries raise fuel prices in order to deal successfully with problems pertaining to traffic and pollution. What effects do you think this move can have? What other measures do you think can be taken to reduce traffic and pollution?

Congestion of the vehicles leads to contamination of harmful gases in the environment and that is the reason why, many nations escalate the price of fuel every now and then. This surge in the price of gas leads to a negative effect in the mind of the people for the leadership as they have to pay, higher prices for the gas, while these issues, can be resolved by taking certain measures, to counter the obstruction of vehicles as well as pollution.

In the future, it may be scientifically possible for people to live for 150 years. This could be good news for individuals but it may have negative consequences for our society. What are the benefits and risks of people living to 150?

Undoubtedly, from many centuries’s people always dream of living longer years. Though, this is not possible in reality, however, if in case people start living longer like hundred and fifty years, it would be a beneficial to an individual. On the contrary, there would be detrimental effects on the living society, which I will try to enunciate in my essay.

Exercise is an essential activity for everyone to be healthy. The Old generations are also not an exception to it. Many of the individuals do not exercise in spite of an advice from their doctors due to their health conditions. Reasons for this choice of elderly people and promising solutions will be discussed in following paragraphs.

Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g. 65 years) for everybody, regardless of occupation is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree? Which types of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement? Give reason for your answer and include relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In democracy, people have the right to make their own choices and decide what is best for them. In that regard, any law that curtails their freedom of expression is treated as draconian and rejected unanimously. One such instance is the idea of freezing a working life of a person to 65 irrespective of their job domain. Earlier, they used to perform until the last day of their job, some even extending it, but today they want to retire much earlier without foregoing the benefits. I agree with their viewpoint and I will be justifying it with reasons and examples in my essay.

At the present time, the industrial waste of some countries includes a relatively large amount of dangerous but potentially valuable technological waste. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

Electronic waste or e-waste is the term given to describe any electronic product, or gadget containing electrical components, that has reached the end of its usable life cycle. Recently, these wastes increased enormously because of expanding trade between first class countries and developing state. This expansion may have merits and demerits, and in this essay, positives and negatives of these e-misuse will be outlined below.

It is often thought that a very efficient way to persuade the public to purchase a certain product is through advertising. Although some might disagree as the practice is considered as overrated, so we do not pay much attention to it. I believe that creative marketing will always attract customer, regardless of the situation.

In the context of flourishing digital technology, the emergence of TV and video games seems to abolish the habit of reading stories for toddlers of many families. Opinions are divided as to whether reading books are more beneficial for children’s overall development than watching television, and playing game consoles or vice versa. From my perspective, I take the view that the role of the former in shaping children’s personalities and boosting their intelligence is equal to the latter.

It is true that communications invariably have a profound impact on humanity. I totally disagree with the idea that news is loosely associated with human life and the access to media platforms is rather wasteful.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poorer countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A tremendous amount of money is given to you developing countries by prosperous nations. However, the existence of poverty did not change. Thus it is thought that other forms of support should be provided to solve the problem radically. From my perspective, I believe that developed countries ought to share their schemes with poor countries. However, I also think that giving money is essential to feed impoverished people.

It is true that the cycling is a better way to protect the environment than using other type of vehicles. However, not many people prefer this mode of transportation. There are several causes of this unpopularity and some measure can be taken into account to address this problem.

Climate circumstance has a direct relation to people's moods in which scientists believe that people who are living in the tropical regions are happier than the others because of the sun sunlight and relevant energies. While many others have differing differed idea about it. In my perspective, tolerate cold weather is really easier than hot and wet weather.
