Being a homeowner is indeed the case of utmost importance in some countries, instead of living in a rented dwelling. There are many reasons that people want to reside in their own homes, and in my opinion, this is a favourable situation. This essay delves into various factors of living like a homeowner and how this could be beneficial in the long run, based on home equity, ownership, and freedom.

Some people say that universities should be concern with educating people so that they will have wide general knowledge and be able to consider important matters from and informed view point. Other people say that universities should make or train students to do the jobs required by the society, and not concern themselves with broader issues. What do you think?

These days, practical skills are required most to acquire jobs. So, some people believe that universities should provide graduates with the knowledge and skills, whereas the others argue that the main function of a university to provide wider knowledge about certain subjects. I partially agree with the aforesaid statement. Universities must provide knowledge along with the practical skills.

Some are of the viewpoint that large companies have more benefits if they move from urban areas to rural areas. I support that the benefits that the industries and the public receive from this surpass any drawbacks. My opinion is explained in the ensuing paragraphs.

The advertising industry has been growing drastically. Society is surrounded by adverts through various channels. I partly believe that, the admission fees to visit such places have more disadvantages than benefits.

As the brisk proliferation of the economy and industry, the enormous demand of energy has become a source of controversy. Therefore, to cope with current issues, many countries have invested in alternative energy sources in order to mitigate the traditional dependence on fossil fuels. From my personal perspective, I strongly assert that the pros outweigh the cons.
