Nowadays, many countries are experiencing a decline in the number of people who want to become teachers. If we look at future trends, the situation appears quite troubling, especially for all levels of education, particularly secondary schools. In this essay, I will examine the causes of this issue and suggest some possible solutions.
In the past, a typical family consisted of a father who went out to work and a mother who stayed at home and looked after the children; however, nowadays, it is the norm for both parents to work. This situation can affect children both positively and negatively.
Researchers have uncovered a fascinating truth: learning a new language is undeniably more beneficial during the vibrant and formative years of primary school than in the more analytical stage of secondary school. This phenomenon can be attributed to two key factors: the remarkable cognitive ability of young children to mimic pronunciation and their innate, unbridled enthusiasm for learning.
There is an ongoing debate about whether movies should be watched on digital devices or in cinemas. Certainly, both ways have several benefits, whereas they have some potential drawbacks. Hence, in this essay, I will discuss these distinct viewpoints and explain why I believe that enjoying films on phones or tablets can be a better choice.
Nowadays, art is gaining popularity in many countries, while some people feel that art is an important skill to practice, others disagree with this idea. In my opinion, I completely agree with developing this kind of skill due to its massive benefits in several aspects.
In today’s fast-paced and globalised world, the way people approach work has undergone a significant transformation. While some believe that working from the office is essential for collaboration and discipline, others argue that flexible work-from-home arrangements are a more ideal setup. I strongly agree with the latter view for two main reasons: improved work-life balance and increased productivity.
In today's rapidly evolving world, the relevance of traditional skills, such as cooking and sewing, is often questioned. Some argue that these abilities are becoming obsolete due to modern conveniences. I strongly disagree with this perspective because these skills remain crucial for promoting self-sufficiency and preserving cultural heritage.
The issue of educational approaches for children has become a contentious topic in modern society. Some people are of the opinion that traditional teaching methods, such as chalkboards and textbooks, are more effective, as they provide a disciplined learning environment and fundamental knowledge. Others contend that modern technology should be fully integrated into classrooms because it offers dynamic and interactive learning experiences. This essay will discuss both of these viewpoints in detail.
It is often argued that children should learn the difference between right and wrong from a young age, and that punishment is necessary in helping them learn this. I partly agree with this view, but I believe the type of punishment used should be carefully considered by both parents and teachers.
The issue of whether team sports or individual sports better prepare children for their future careers has sparked considerable debate. While some people believe that team sports foster essential collaboration skills for the workplace, others argue that individual sports are more effective in building independence and self-discipline. In my view, team sports offer more relevant preparation for work life, particularly in today’s collaborative work environments.
Many people argue that in the near future, worsening environmental problems may make Earth uninhabitable. I completely disagree with this opinion because Earth remains the most viable planet for human life, and environmental issues can still be addressed through human efforts. This essay will present reasons why abandoning Earth is neither necessary nor practical.
Largely agree that teachers in schools ought to train the young generation to reuse trash to save the natural world's resources. But several people think that the job belongs to their parents. This essay agrees with the second opinion and will give considerations and conclusions about this topic.
There is an ongoing debate about whether competitive sports should be part of a child’s education. While some believe that such activities may be harmful to students’ learning, I strongly believe that competitive sports play a valuable role in their development and education. In this essay, I will discuss both views.
Some people argue that playing computer games has negative effects on children in every aspect, while others believe that such games can contribute positively to their development. This essay will discuss both perspectives before presenting my own opinion.
The proposition that everyone should adopt a vegetarian lifestyle, claiming that the exclusion of meat is essential for a healthy diet, has provoked widespread debate worldwide. While it is undeniable that plant-based diets provide significant nutritional advantages, one must also acknowledge the role of cultural traditions and personal autonomy in shaping dietary choices.
In recent years, people, especially the younger generation, have been consuming more fast food than in the past. This essay will explore the reason behind this trend and explain why it is largely a negative development.
Nowadays, a growing number of individuals worldwide prefer to live in big cities instead of moving to smaller towns. Nonetheless, this trend can cause unpredictable consequences. Overcrowding is an issue in many cities around the world , and there are several reasons for this and it can lead to various problems in the future.
It is often argued that crime prevention has higher priority compared to punishment. I partially agree with this opinion and will support my view with relevant reasons and examples.
In today’s fast-changing world, few things are as powerful as science in improving people’s lives. The real value of science lies in its ability to help humanity and solve real problems. While science can have many goals, I strongly believe that its most important purpose is to improve human well-being. This is clear from its past success in public health and its current role in creating solutions that support social progress and sustainability.
The overconsumption of second-hand stocks in underdeveloped communities—mainly imported from developed countries—is creating both environmental challenges and economic benefits. Goods such as cars, clothing, and electronic devices are traded globally. While I believe the volume of these imports should be reduced, I do not support a complete ban.
