It is true that having a satisfactory job is an important element of the sense of well-being among all workers. There are many reasons behind this trend and I would argue that it is unrealistic and impractical to expect all employees to own satisfactory work.

The universe has been becoming such a world village over the last centuries in terms of attitudes and facilities tanks of modern times. However, this revolution is inevitably happening, there are both positive and negative results in this process as well, but being the same as others would make people more frustrated due to natural differences.

People have different views about whether governments should introduce a maximum wage. While in some ways it may seem reasonable to allow the population to earn as much as companies are willing to pay, I personally believe that employee remuneration should be capped at a certain level.
