It is believed that capping the earnings of rich people may bring equity among the poor and affluent section of the society. I do not agree with the given statement. I believe that only bringing this change would not solve all the problems.

Although there are arguments, I radically believe that it could be replaced by other sources. This essay will discuss the views and explain why I think so.

While some think it is the duty of the government to pay for the expenses, others believe their families should be responsible. Some people believe that these institutions should teach any content they wish, although others think that topics taught should have the determined skills needed for the profession chosen. I strongly agree with the last statement and reasons will be provided in this essay.
