Nowadays, students after graduating from high school can choose whether to attend an educational institution for higher education or to seek a professional. Some think learning at an academy level is very essential to have a triumphant profession, while others believe finding a job after leaving school is better as trial experience plays an important role in the development of their career. From my perspective, I approve of the former idea.

Every year a lot all students are registered in different majors in the universities; those who finally enter the workplace area, and of course, need their knowledge of their related occupation. Therefore, some people think that academies are responsible for preparing recruitment for workplace skills while others claim that the real function of the university is just access to science for its own sake. I think; nevertheless, both notions are acceptable because of some reasons.

In recent years, many small local shops have closed because customers travel to large shopping centres or malls to do their shopping. Is this a positive or negative development?

It is undoubtedly that more and more people focus on going shopping in a big mall or in a shopping centre instead of going to small local shops. Some people believe it is a development of our society, while others argue that doing shopping in local shops is more convenient. From my point of view, I think it is a great positive development to buy things from shopping centres or malls.

Air travel is preferred by the rich people only.Majority of the peope receive no benefit from the development of air travel as an industry. Do you agree or disagree?

There are so many transportation methods available to commute from one place to other places.government collects taxes from these travel sites like airports and ships.And authorities use this money to give benefits to citizens by providing jobs and transfer facilities.So, I completely disagree with the statement.

Nowadays, it is obvious that there is a rising number of people who prefer getting married and having their offspring later after 30 years old to lower age. This phenomenon might have both positive and negative aspects, in my perspective, this is a positive development which leads to parents’ readiness of educating and supporting their children in many ways.

In the modern world, with the development of new technological systems of production, the proportion of production and consumption is increasing, and people want to buy new things and tend to pay high money for these items. I believe that this is a completely negative development for the community and this essay will examine the reasons for this issue and provide examples.
