Nowadays, many people choose to be self-employed, rather than to work for a company or an organisation. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being self-employed?

In recent years, freelancers are increasing rapidly compared to working in an office for a company or a business. There are many reasons for people to make a decision to be self-employed and from my point of view, I think there are three main reasons leading to this occurrence and we can also some disadvantages to this.

Generally, a successful country needs all age groups of people to achieve its best position. Consequently, this unbalanced situation has some benefits and drawbacks that I think we can pay more attention to the positive side and admit the negative side.
