Being responsible for an international sports event organization is partly believed to bring considerable benefits to the host country whereas others have the opposite point of view. This essay will discuss both views and state personal opinion.

Advances in science and technology and other areas of society in the last 100 years have transformed the way we live as well as postponing the day we die. There is no better time to be alive than now. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

I support the fact that advances in science and technology has made our life comfortable as we are surrounded with machines which performs our chores for us, however, I am aginst the fact that this era is the best time to live in. In this essay I will present examples in support of my disagreement.

Recently, spending money on arts has become a controversial issue. It is often argued that the government should support public service financially instead of investing money on arts, music and theatre. Although I agree that the government’s investments in public services play a critical role, I believe that proper funding of the arts sector is also crucial for society.

It is generally believed that women are better at bringing up a child than men. While men do have a significant role in the upbringing of a child it is women who are most likely considered to be adept at child-rearing. In my opinion, the role of mothers is crucial in the character building and development of a child.

Nowadays, utilizing public money on traditional activities is a debatable topic as few citizens are in favour of spending these amounts on cultural actions, whereas some believe that it is a sheer waste of cash.

Nowadays, it`s getting harder for people to working in a permanent position. Instead of stay at home many of us start to work in temporary positions. I think short-term jobs could benefit us because of several reasons below:

Sports have become more popular nowadays due to constant media attention . Some people think, successful athletics professionals earning a great deal of money is justified , while others think it is unfair compared to other important professions.

Some people feel that the cost of space exploration is far too high for the benefits it brings while others argue that space programs should continue no matter what the cost. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

While some people believe that spending money to explore the space will bring a lot of benefits, others strongly believe that there are different ways to spend this capital which would contribute more significantly to society. Over the last decades, scientists have demonstrated that the Earth is under threat from global warming which will likely have a strong impact on humans lives. For this reason, we need to be open to exploring different sources of knowledge that could contribute to a solution to this problem. On the other hand, many countries are unable to spend a huge amount of money on this since they are still struggling with providing the basics to their citizens. While I understand the concerns about spending substantial amounts of money on something that does not resolve immediate human needs, I see space exploration as having great potential to contribute to our evolution.

It is often argued that the youth is more likely to be inspired by their closet mates than their parents and instructors. This essay agrees completely with this statement because they share similar interests while parents and teachers are too old to take their opinions about specific topics related to their lifestyle.

Computers are ubiquitous in educational institutions today. Like many issues in contemporary education, not everyone views this change favourably. Yet computers have had an overall progressive influence on educational practices. In particular, though their ease makes them susceptible to being used for malicious purposes, computers have made information more readily available to students in a positive way.

Many people think that the free point of kids needs to be benefiting from lessons but on the opposite side, it is a lack of moment. I significantly agree with this statement because an additional activity might increases development of stable nature it can cause tired young people which don't stop studying at home.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about humans` demanding activities to the environment. Some even claim it is too late for us to take action now. I agree with the point of view that measures can be taken to change the situation and we need to act as quickly as possible.

During the last few decades, crime novels and television drama series are rising in popularity, worldwide. The essay looks at the possible causes for the above trend and its possible impacts on society.

Some people believe that corporal punishment is a good practice to teach minors. A number of parents preferred physical beating to instil discipline in pupils so that they will grow to be good and God-fearing persons. Many countries aim to improve their living standard by economic development, but some important social values are lost as a result. Do you think the advantages of economic development outweigh the disadvantages? .

Given the increasing population, governments in many countries around the globe focus on economy development to meet a decent standard of living, subsequently losing some social values. While there are negative outcomes that need to be considered, I suggest that expansion in economy could potentially help defeat major challenges faced by a country.

There is currently a contentious argument over whether regular classes will exist in the future. I strongly agree that the teaching process will be different in the years to come because the digital environment will replace the current model, and homeschooling will be more popular.

It is always debatable which institution are beneficial for undergraduate, co-education schools or single-gender schools. A number of people believe males and females students show better results if they are admitted to single-sex schools. In oppose to this thought are those who believe studying together is more advantageous. In my opinion, there is a benefit of studying in gender-specific schools, but mix schools are far more superior.

Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and that a jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case. Do you agree or disagree?

In the system of law particularly, British and Australia, a jury in a criminal case has no exposure to the data of defendents past criminal records. This is an unnecessery advantage to the person, who is alleged criminal. However, a few number of lawyers advised that this practice should be transformed and a jury should be made aware of all past facts before they proceed to the judgement. In this essay I would like to give my opinion in support of the fact that all necessary information should be clearly provided to the jury for better outcome.
