It is a well-known fact that eating a balanced diet and regular exercise are the keys to health and well-being. However, some people claim they are not as important. This essay is against their view and well explain why I think it’s crucial to follow a healthy lifestyle.

People have different views about whether it is the content of TV programs or the length of time spent on watching them has more significant impacts on children. While the amount of time devoted affects preschoolers, I would argue that content viewed has a more marked influence on them.

There are numerous fundamental decisions in life, and for that there is always a right way to take them. At times, it is believed that marriage should be done before the age of 30, however, I completely rejects this notion and believe that there are much more significant factors to be considered than age, thus the following essay shall discuss the same and draw a plausible conclusion.
