Many students choose to take a gap year before starting university, to travel or gain work experience. Do you think this is a good idea or a waste of time?

Nowadays, education has an important role in our lives and many students, as well as their parents believe that it is necessary to get an education as soon as possible and then get to work and to begin an adult life. Certainly, there is another group of students who considers that it is necessary to have some time before entering university for travel or work experience. In my opinion, the choice of a future profession and enrolment to the university is a very significant step and I am rather inclined to agree with this opinion that this gap is quite useful for the future of students.

Back in the days, reading newspapers was one of the most relevant and marketable ways to keep abreast of realities. After a while, with the advent of television, they shared this niche between each other. Nowadays, newspapers and television are gradually losing their significance, especially among the younger generation. What could be the reason for this trend and how can we influence the situation?

Very few schoolchildren learn about the value of money and how to look after it, yet this is a critical life skill that should be taught as part of the school curriculum. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, school education plays a very important role in preparing young students for adulthood. This includes a huge range of specialized subjects, socialization and preparation for admission to senior educational institutions. Unfortunately, I tend to agree that the school curriculum pays little attention to very important everyday issues, such as financial literacy.

The great majority of people admit that art is eternal, so will be the question of its necessity among different segments of the population. While facing urgent and terrible problems like any acts of violence, wars, natural disasters, hunger, it is hard for people to keep believing that wasting money on the arts is the right decision. One more sentence.

Creative artists should always have the freedom to express their ideas (in paintings, books, films, and songs) in any way they wish. The government should not restrict what they do. To what extent do you agree with the opinion?

These days, innovative and creative artists enjoy so much of freedom compared to the past and their views and ideas are expressed through several forms such as paintings, magazines, movies, video songs, and social media. Personally, I strongly believe that the government should control the artists' expression if it affects certain group of people or their religious beliefs or faith. This essay will discuss the aspect of why the government should restrict the freedom of expression, through the examples from Harvard Education Review research and Oxford University experiments to demonstrate the points.

In the past, most people lived in small villages where everyone knew everyone else. Nowadays, most people live in large cities where they know only a few people in their area. What do you think were the advantages and disadvantages of living in a small community?

It is argued that towns and cities are slowly taking over small villages. Close community bonds, are one of the main advantages of living in the countryside, whereas, lack of various services within short distances, is one of the main disadvantages.

It was common in the past for people to retire at 60. Now more and more people are choosing to continue working past the official retirement age, with some countries even increasing the official age of retirement. Do you agree or disagree with this change? Why?

I will start my presentation, Many people argue that, the right age for the retirement is 60 years, while others has the opinion that the profession of an individual should be the criteria to choose the retirement age. In my opinion, for those who works in the industries which demanding a high level of physical and mental work should be given early retirement, and those who work in a less physical challenge sector like I.T. Professionals, Clerical department, managerial levels could increase the age of retirement. In this presentation, I will provide both arguments and examples to support my view.

Transport of fruit and vegetables by air, to places where they are unavailable is on the rise. Some people believe that this is a positive development. Whereas, others find no justification for this mode of transport. This essay will discuss both points of view and I shall argue that use of aeroplanes for transportation of fresh items is justified.

When the topic of youth is discussed, there are dual opinions. Here, some are of the viewpoint that youngsters should pursue their culture and traditions ; whereas, a few others claim that they should be chargeless to traditions and act as an individual. Nowadays, it is often argued about the impact in the natura environment between the use of cars, public transport and, alternatevily, bicycles, and which one is the best choice to travel in a city. This essay will discuss the different above-mentioned point of views and my personal position about this statement.

The tendency of purchasing products from e-commerce sites is so raising that now it is also valid to think about the shutdowns of outlets in urban areas. Despite this, I oppose this viewpoint because direct shopping provides specific facilities which will keep it ongoing, such as, checking the product quality personally, and acts as a sort of entertainment.

If the city council where I live proposed to open a large factory in my neighbourhood or nearby, I would firmly disagree. My disagreement is sustained from some valid reasons that I will explain in this essay.

It is believed by some that wild animals should be protected by government by initiating some projects while others hold the view that authorities should better allocate the funds for other serious problems like unemployment, poverty etcetera. Although saving wild species is considered a waste of time and financial resources, still I believe that the extinction of these species would disturb the whole food cycle.

It goes without saying that the entertainment industry has acquired tremendous popularity among almost all the demographics of the society. People who belong to it, such as the actors, musicians and sportsmen are believed to be immensely paid by their employers. This essay tends to disagree with this conviction held by some people.

Planting trees is very important for the environment. Some people say trees should be planted in the vacant areas of the cities and towns, while other says housing facilities should be built instead. Do you agree or disagree ?

There is no doubt that the greenery has one of the most beautiful sights in any part of the environment There are many people who think that trees should be planted in the empty spaces available in the towns and cities while some argue that other housing provisions should be provided in place of that.I completely agree with the former argument and in this essay i will support my view with example.
