In modern society, I think, speech skill is one of the most useful skills. However, some people struggle to present a speech. I agree people should be taught how they speak well in schools. If some people who are not afraid speak a front of audiences in the public, They have more opportunity not only in their career but also in their school or their life. There are some of the reason why they should learn about speech skill.

There has long been a heated debate about whether should the government aid financially retired people or they should pay for themselves. In my own perspective, I strongly agree with the former view that the retirement benefit should be awarded to people based on their field of service.
