Some people say that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need. Others say that advertisements tell us about new products that may improve our lives. Which viewpoint do you agree with?

Nowadays, a majority of businesses invest hefty amounts of money in marketing their products to an extensive level hence some people entrust that advertising encourages us to purchase the commodities which are not actually required. While others, including me, deem that advertisements inform us about new products that may improve our lives. In this essay, we will discuss the same in detail along with certain references.

Being a celebrity such as film star or singer brings problem as well as benefit. Do you think that being a celebrity bring more benefit or more problem?

Being a celebrity people get a lot of benefits and drawbacks. It is the most common perception of people that celebrities have everything in their life. However, the truth is that there many downsides of being famous. I personally believe that the advantages hide the dark side of popular people.

In this modern era, the demand for advertisement is burgeoning day by day. People opine that advertising provided abundant guidance which aider us in our routine life whereas, others think that advertising is a common trend. Here, I shall discuss both the perspectives and my perception regarding it.

It is a popular belief that reading books is more beneficial compared to watching TV or playing computer games for children. While the issue is adverse to some extent, it would do more good than harm.

Social networking has become an increasingly debatable topic in recent times. Quite a number of people are of the opinion that socialization on online applications effects negatively on individuals and the environment. Personally, I am inclined to believe that socializing on the internet has a lot of positive contributions to one's life. This essay will argue that these online sites despite their demerits have a huge number of benefits.

Undoubtedly, with the recent advancements in the field of technology, timely-delivery of every service has become significantly convenient for humans, thus globally accelerating the requirement of instant services. Due to this, online shopping has observed a considerable uplift. As a result, some folks, including me, deem that the aforesaid will soon replace the need for physical shops thereby leading to the closure of such outlets in cities and towns. In this essay, we will discuss the same along with certain references.

It is widely acknowledged that human’s relentless pursuit of the economy takes a heavy toll on the environment; it is imperative to take essential measures to tackle these problems. While a school of thought asserts that governmental bodies are under obligation to cope with environmental issues, I believe that every individual should also be liable for improving the environmental situation.

Many people feel that family life is being harmed by the high-speed and stress of contemporary lifestyles. I somewhat agree with this opinion because the fast pace leads to less time for families to be together, and stress leads to arguments among family members; however, due to the increased time pressure and stress families are forced to cooperate more, which brings them closer together.

Technological progress in the past century has its negative effect, despite its remarkable contribution. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

For the last ten decades, people have made great progress in technology development such as hybrid vehicles and solar energy stations. There is a school of thought, however, that it renders much negative impact on society including employment problems. This essay will look at both sides of the argument and explain why I do not think technological progress is negative.

With the improvement of globalization, it is true that international business becomes a common phenomenon in contemporary society. This trend not only allows people to purchase items from overseas easily but also promotes the development of the economy. In my opinion, I believe that the changes bring more advantages than disadvantages due to the reasons below.

It is believed that in the future people will prefer to go on holiday in their own country instead of going abroad. I totally disagree with this, because people tend to be attracted by other cultures, also a trip to another country is usually seen as a symbol of economic status and wealth.

Advancement in Technology has facilitated to introduce social media sites as the most landmarked invention in the 21st century. I totally disagree with this notion. This generates a doubt whether it will hinder the social interaction of an individual or will it be a useful platform to connect with friends and a useful resource to collect updated information. This essay will in-depth discuss the above matter.

Having more money and less free time is better than earning less money and having more free time. Discuss both views and state your opinion.

Wealth and freedom are the most desired things for most of the people, but having both of them is quite uncommon. Some people believe that being rich is more important than having a lot of free time, while others argue that the opposite is more significant. Although money is an undeniable necessity, I consider my leisure time more valuable.

The progressive rise in replacement of human labour by robots has become debatable in recent times. Intelligent man-made robots are gradually taking over the role of humans in the workforce. While it is likely that unskilled jobs will be done by artificially smart robots in the future, it is most unlikely that professional jobs requiring human contact will be replaced. This essay will discuss why only a few jobs will be done by people eventually.

There are many advertisements directed at children, such as snacks, toys, and other goods. Parents argue that children are under pressure. Advertisers claim that advertisements provide useful information. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Today people have a lot of different brands, companies, marks, and so on. All of these things have a special advertisement for each other . Some of these advertisers make individual promotions for children, so advertisers claim that these commercial products have beneficial information. However, parents think that their children are under constraint.

The trend of shopping online has spiralled manifolds in recent times. It is certainly true that it has overshadowed the presence of traditional way of shopping but I do not agree that they will close the shops entirely due to certain reasons.

Nowadays, the government invests for transportation methods and route developments. There is a belief that money should be spent on railways rather than roads. In my opinion on this topic, all types of transportations have their pros and cons however, many of significant points, railway transportation contribute to the environment better than vehicles.

Government investment in the arts, such as music and theatre, is a waste of money. Government must invest this money in public services instead. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Nowadays the amount of energy from nuclear power accounts for a big proportion of total energy consumed in the world. However, I do not think its benefits are not far bigger than its disadvantages.

Some people think that the best way to stay fit is to join a gym/health club while others think doing everyday activities such as walking and climbing stairs is sufficient. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Whilst a group of people believe that the ideal lifestyle is joining a set program in gyms or health clubs, others do not see it necessarily needed. I agree that going to the gym is a good option, however,I think that relying on everyday activities under a couple of conditions such as consistency and adaption can work.

Social media is becoming increasingly popular amongst all age groups. However, sharing personal information on social media websites does have risks. Do you think that the advantages of social media outweigh the disadvantages?

It is irrefutable that social media flourishes tremendously in all age categories; nevertheless, it possesses some threats for users if personal information is shared on this giant online platform. It seems that there are merits which certainly outweigh the demerits, those are outlined in this essay.
