It is too expensive to look after and repair old buildings. This money should be spent on building modern buildings instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that we should spend wealth to build new buildings rather than to renovate old architectures because this is extremely costly. I disagree with the given statement. In my opinion, old buildings has its own past and there are many reasons such as business for local, economic benefits and business for local people to preserve historical structures.

When designing a building, the most important factor is the intended use of the building rather than its outward appearance.To what extent do you agree?

Today, instances of fancy architectural patterns can be seen everywhere around the globe. In the viewpoint of some people, when designing a building its functionality is extremely important, and hence, more attention should be paid to it, compared to the aesthetics of the project. In my view, how the complex will be used, is a key factor, but its looks are equally important. This essay will augment my opinion.

Over the last few decades, the world has seen that the time children spent watching TV and playing computer games increased. Others believe that parents should limit this time and makes their child reading books. In my opinion, it is disagreed with that suggestion completely because of the material advantages that it brings. This essay will firstly the benefits of TV and Games nowadays then outline some drawbacks that they might face.

Overpopulation, rapid industrialisation and deforestation are major thread for habitats, perhaps, people activities are indirectly impacting their surroundings. However, this can be resolved before their extinction.

At present, due to the low cost and accessibility of digital devices, more and more people are inclined to move their jobs or studies to online platforms while working or learning from home. I believe that this development will certainly affect people beneficially in terms of reduction of their monthly spending and an increase in productivity in the long run.

While it is sometimes said that only executives should be responsible for making decisions for a company, other people believe that staff ought to participate in the process. In my opinion, employees’ involvement is a necessity as they have the needed experience and some decisions may be life-changing for them.

Technology has been playing increasingly important role in the field of discipline we can witness this in the fact that using tablets and laptops is common practice in most educational institutions. It is often argued that the use of technology leads to positive developments, whilst others disagree and think this trend could have adverse ramifications. In this essay, I will look at both sides of the argument and at the end, I will give my personal opinion on this contentious issue.

THERE EXISTS A CONTROVERSIAL NOTION ABOUT USE OF LANGUAGE AROUND THE WORLD. PEOPLE TEND TO THINK DIFFERENT ON A SINGLE ISSUE AS SOME BELEIVE THAT LANGUAGE BARRIERS WILL CREATE MANY SOCIAL AND PRACTICAL PROBLEMS WHEREAS OTHERS CONSIDER THIS AS A FAVOURABLE ENVIRONMENT. IN MY CONVICTION, I BELIEVE NOT BEING AWARE OF THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY A PERSON INTENDS TO TRAVEL WILL CREATE SUCH PROBLEMS.THIS ESSAY WOULD ELUCIDATE MY OPINION.

The growth of the population comes with many problems, including the places of jobs that all people have to put a lot of efforts to get into the competition, which is literally difficult for many people. And hence, some people think that the best choice is to accept a bad situation, such as unhappiness of the job that they got or lack of money problems, while others argue that it is a better method to try and improve a situation. In the following paragraphs, both of these viewpoints will be discussed in detail before the conclusion is reached.

This essay will argue and discuss the need behind the destruction of such structures.

I strongly agree this statement and discuss on the views below.

The structure of the curriculum plays quite a vital role in education. While a group of people advocates the teaching of music in the schools as it lowers the academic pressure others are in the support to consider computer and science more important due to their broader aspect. This essay will argue why more emphasis should be given to the latter than the former.
