It is a commonly held belief that it should be mandatory for higher teaching facilities to welcome equal numbers of both men and women in every faculty. In this essay, I am going to discuss my personal opinion regarding the topic. As far as I am concerned, university study is crucial for the full bloom of a person’s skills and knowledge so therefore equal opportunity needs to be ensured for both genders.

Nowadays, crime is hitting an unbelievable high rate. Every day when the news come up on the television, all I can see or hear is people committing illegal acts. With the technology is as advanced as it could be today, criminals do not even have to be there physically to rob a person or a bank. In this essay I will support the idea of those who think, that giving longer prison sentences is the best way to reduce crime and also take a look at other alternative options for reducing the illegality.

Nowadays, there is no doubt that the public health care system should be offered to every citizen in a country. Even when the treatments are very expensive, the governments should support them in some way. But this is an utopic thought, because even the developed nations, usually have no conditions to assist all the population in health issues.

It is believed by some people that stay at home mothers should be compensated for not working, in the form of stipend or monthly pay of the government. I disagree with this notion as it will have a negative influence on bringing up children and financial strain on government.

It is argued by some people that it is not necessary printed news materials in nowadays. Development of technology and the internet is lead people to read and watching the news by online tools. I agree with this opinion, because most publications are closing down as well as increasing of audio programs that compete their rating show and try to meet the needs with their audience.

In the modern era, traffic has become a major part of the world. In the past, train was an important kind of transfer. A segment of people says that authority should spend a large of to build new rail systems; few think that public transport is more important than the railway, so updating general portage is necessary. It's a common fact that accommodation is one of the most integral aspect of anyone ever since human being appeared on Earth and for that reason, it should be chosen wisely. As high-rise buildings have been sprung up fast and many occur to prefer this type of accommodation, especially in the central area, still, it's argued by a lot that life in high-rise causes isolated sort of feel and is extremely dejected. As there is both sides of the matter, I will discuss each prospect then declare my own viewpoint.

Some people consider that animals must be in the same line with humans in terms of rights and they should not be used for personal needs. However, others believe that people can use animals as a source of food or as an object of research. Although there are strong arguments on the both sides, the latter opinion seems sensible to me as it natural phenomenon to utilize animals for consumption and they fit better for surveys.

It is true that these days the sale of a commodity is mostly based on the advertisements. People purchase goods after seeing an ad on the television or the internet which derive their minds towards the advertised produce without any need. I vehemently espouse that the rise in sale of popular goods shows the impact of advertising which result in the selling of goods unnecessarily to people. Let us discuss it in detail in the subsequent paragraphs.

Health fund has always played an imperative role in the national budget since the early stages of the world due to people’ demands which are relevant to their well-being’s concerns. Thus, it is admitted that officials should spend public money on promoting a healthy lifestyle with the view to consider prevention as a top priority. While I agree with this point of view, I would contend that spending money on medication for people who are already suffering from disease should not be ignored.

In the United Kingdom, When people arrive at retirement age, They prefer to live at old age home with other similar age of people.However, a debate ongoing on who should pay the expenses of them. From my point of view it's both the Authorities and family responsibility to pay for services.
