Many students choose to take a gap year before starting university, to travel or gain work experience. Do you think this is a good idea or a waste of time?

It is argued that taking a break before starting a higher study would be fruitful. It is a good idea to travel or to opt professional employment before getting admission into the educational institution for higher studies, because it will help students to refresh their mind and to concentrate on higher education; moreover, students can earn some money, which will help to pay the fees and other expenses and to boost in carrier.

Some people prefer to buy local products while others international products. Do u agree or disagree?

In this globalized world, there has been a shift in consumer purchasing behaviour. Some of the population prefers to buy regional goods which other tend to buy commodities internationally. I agree with the statement and the reasons for my inclination are discussed in the following paragraphs.

Some people say that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need. Others say that advertisements tell us about new products that may improve our lives. According to recent statistics, its been stated that advertisements make us purchase goods that are really of no benefit to us while some statistics also shows that advertising gives us ideas of new products that could modify our lives, but in my opinion I would say advertisement really makes us buy things that would not benefit us.

Some people believe that allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters (such as food, clothes and entertainment) is likely to result in a society of individuals who only think about their own wishes. Other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about matters that affect them. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Children need to learn decision making. Although, few individuals think that these youngsters should not have a say in decisions that affect their life since it will create a community where everyone will think about their own. I tend to disagree with this viewpoint and in the essay, I will explain my point of view with examples.

As the world has globalised, it is significant to learn other country language for a travel or work in other countries. While some people are of the opinion that it is necessary to learn other languages only for a travel and job, others believe that it will be beneficial, other than these benefits. I firmly believe that the latter is more true.

Testing is a natural selection among intellectuals of our society, and it is being given more attention. Some believe that the tests and examinations limit educators’ ability as well as mentally damage their students. Testing’s role will always remain prominent, and its drawbacks can still be exploited.

Education plays a pivotal role in the development of the students. People have different opinion due to the choice of course to study. A school of thought holds the idea that people should opt their majors depend on the job opportunities rather than selecting the subjects based on their personal passion. However, I strongly disagree with this notion and I believe that students should give the priority to the field in which they are fascinated about.

A way of reading articles transfers actual newspapers or books into digitalised writing gradually. In fact, the proportion of reading newspapers or magazines with actual books was less than decades ago, which has conducted some researches by some social scientists. So I believe that the printed piece will be replaced by the digital paper, and this essay will elaborate reasons and conclude my opinions.

In recent times renewable energy is the most considerable one in the world. Some commentators argue that green energy could potentially reduce the costs and protect the environment from harmful gases. However, others argue that saving green energy is a hard task. In my opinion, practicing new methods for energy saving can help in saving costs and protecting the environment. This essay will explain both sides of thesis statement by taking examples from newspapers and journal articles.

It is certain these days that the computer is increasingly becoming an integral part of the pedagogy. This essay will illustrate how it has broken geographical boundaries as the primary benefit and on the other side, the lack of human contact increasing simultaneously is seen as a negative impact. This essay will deliberate on both sides of the argument.

A crazy velocity of modern life leaves hardly enough time for planning holidays. Some people struggle to organize beforehand while others let it be. However is it better to make an outline of the future holidays or choose it by chance? This essay will prove that planning is always beneficial.

These days, education plays the vital role to live a better standard of living. While some people are of the opinion that getting graduation from the university is the only way to get a better placement in a company, others believe in the experience and skills. In my opinion, even though graduation is the basic requirement for getting a good placement experience and additional skills are definitely needed for the further growth.

There is no doubt that adolescence is a crucial period of life. While some think that teenagers should follow elder's advice while, I would argue that it is normal for them to oppose older people.

At present some people are thinking that children will be think their own and will take the decision what they want on a daily basis, such as food, garments and entertainment where as others strongly believe that we will guide the children to take right choice about matters that affect them. This essay will be explaining the both views and then I will express my opinion.

A large number of society is increasingly becoming obese and their rising, effects of the medical stream.By introducing additional real education regarding health and fitness, can make a huge difference about this problem. I completely agree with this statement and will discuss this view.

The environmental problem is one of the most widely discussed topics in recent years. Recycling is a paramount method to reduce pollutants to the environment. However, some people point out that not enough amount of household waste is recycled and suggest that a legal restrictions must be launched by the government. In the justification of this notion, I partly accord with it because a financial incentive is also a good motivation to encourage recycling.

It is a common practice that a few universities provide distance learning programmes to replace regular courses. While this issue is adverse to some extent, i do more good than harm.

Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree?

It is argued by some people that companies need to allocate a certain percentage of high-level positions to women workforce. The main reason behind this thinking is that nowadays, in most of the developed countries top-level positions are occupied by men although female constitutes more than half of the workforce. This essay does not agree with that argument because it has many negative consequences. This essay will firstly discuss how fixing the percentage of workforce for women leads to the lower level of a company’s growth and secondly, discuss the fact that females cannot do all types of job.

People believe that in order to reduce road accidents it should be mandatory for drivers to retake the driving test every 3 years. Do you agree or disagree with the above statement?

I vehemently believe that the number of road mishaps will not decline if there will be a test for drivers after every three years. This essay intends to elucidate the reasons to my perspective in the subsequent paragraphs, along with relevant illustrations.
