The restoration of old buildings in major cities around the world costs enormous amounts of money. This money would be better spent on providing new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Each and every country has a several buildings which are older and represent the connection to the ancient lifestyle. As these are old construction, they require a time to time repairing, for which the power has to allocate a part of the fund. Some people believe that, repairing of old buildings is worth while others opine that the restoration is not worthy, and that part of money should be spent developing the modern amenities which improve the lifestyle of the citizens. I completely agree with the restoration of the buildings. The reasons of my inclination are articulated in the ensuing paragraphs.

Decision making is a vital skill in the growth of a person as well as the proficiency in deciding a particular direction makes minor to be responsible to cope up with its good or bad consequences in the eventualities of the life. Some people opine that, to give freedom to choose a specific route makes a child more selfish while others believe that it is important to learn choice making skills. I personally believe that, the children should select their path by themselves, but parents should guide them before they come to finalize the choice. In my essay, I would like to shed some light on both the views and give an opinion.

There is a strange phenomenon that the rates of severe offences are declining in some nations, while citizens feel more unsafe than ever before. I believe there are several reasons that may cause this to happen, and both the government and individuals can take some measures to mitigate this problem.

However, the damage tourism can cause to local cultures and the environment is often ignored. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays people believe that tourism sector growing day by day, which in turn boost the country's wealth. However, some people arguing that this can destroy the local traditions, but nobody cared about it. I completely agree with that this can cause harm to local cultures. This essay will explain how tourism will boost the country's economy and how will it destroy the traditions of the country.

Nowadays, parents tend to give increased responsibilities to their kids. Some people are over the opinion that it is a positive movement, while others do not agree, saying it would negatively affect children’s development. In this essay, I will examine both sides of the argument, as well as give my view.

Nowadays, obesity is considered one of the most controversial issues in the world especially for the children. As a result of this issue, it is argued by some that the government should start banning unhealthy food in the schools. In my opinion, that would alleviate the problem but not solve it.

In many countries it is now illegal to smoke in public places. It is only fair that people who wish to smoke should have to leave the building. Do you agree or disagree?

Smoking is considered to be one of the unhealthy habits that a human can develop. Smoking not only affects a active smoker's health, but also leads to a life long malady for the passive smoker making it difficult for the person to live their life. Thus, it makes mandatory illegal for smokers to smoke in public areas and have to look for a designated place to smoke. I do agree that it is one of the best rules made by the government to protect others from the harmful effects of smoking but also to save the environment from its adverse results.

Nowadays, people believe smacking is a good way to bring discipline in children. Some think that beating can make children behave obediently. This essay will argue why smacking children is entirely unnecessary for parents to do, though it has a certain good outcome.
