In the world's day, business recruiting methods are commonly discussed topic. Many companies have been recruiting people who are hungry for money as they make most dedicating workers. Whilst, others maintain that the recruitment have been based on knowledge, experience and love in what to do. Some of which this essay shall consider.

Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the work space in many developed countries is more than 50% female. Companies should be require to allocate a certain percentage of these position to women. Do you agree?

Some advocates posit that the institutes should designate one ratio for females while hiring people. From many decades, people are having discussion on gender-equality, many people say, there is no difference between males and females, therefore ladies must have the freedom to choose the type of job to do according to their taste, but many oppositions claim, there is huge difference between the skills of girls and boys which leave less options of work for women. I firmly believe that some sort of works are more challenging for ladies owing to the requirement of physical strength, but it does not mean they are less superior than the gents.

It is undeniable that artists have become an integral part of society. Therefore, many proponents opine that aiding creative communities should remain as one of the core responsibilities for an authority, whereas others opposed the idea. A prison is a place to keep those who law-abiding citizens in order that they will not commit crime again. However, while I believe that such sites are mainly beneficial to the individual, I agree that they have had a damaging effect on local communities.

It is widely believed that consulting with older people is more advantageous for the younger generation than this with their peers. In my opinion, although older people are experienced people, in most modern situations their knowledge may be too outdated for the right advice, while young people live in the same time with us and have the same background which makes them more suitable.

A lot of money is spent on repairing old buildings. Instead of repairing old buildings that money should be spent on knocking down old building and building new ones. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

Looking around, the once deserted and plain lands are now filled with buildings. Old buildings in today’s society still exist to preserve what is left, while newer and more aesthetic ones continue to be built. It is said that more money is invested in repairing old buildings, but I agree with the notion that funds should be spent on knocking down old buildings and building new ones in consideration for the safety of the citizens living in the apartment and cost to upkeep them.

The well-being of an individual is the most important aspect that people should consider in their lifespan. However, the increasing number of people are obese, which is adding pressure on the healthcare system to tackle the problems involved around it. A few people are of the view that schooling subjects must include physical lessons to deal with this problem. I completely agree with this.
